Job Description

Job Responsibilities
- Take full ownership of designing, developing, and optimizing backend system architecture with high availability, scalability, and performance
- Participate in system requirement analysis and lead team members to drive end-to-end delivery from analysis to production release
- Continuously improve system performance, stability, and security to enhance development quality and efficiency
- Contribute to code and architecture reviews, and participate in building frameworks for service governance, monitoring, and system refactoring
- Proactively identify, troubleshoot, and resolve production issues and system bottlenecks
- Stay up to date with cutting-edge technologies and promote their adoption and innovation within the team
Skills and Experience Required
- 5+ years of backend development experience with a strong focus on Java
- Solid understanding of object-oriented programming principles, design patterns, and best practices
- Proven experience designing and developing large-scale, distributed backend systems and services
- Effective communication skills in English
- Deep experience with the Spring ecosystem (Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Data)
- Hands-on experience with relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL databases (Redis, MongoDB)
- Proficient with common system components such as message queues, configuration centers, and scheduling systems
- Familiarity with microservices architecture and cloud-native technologies (Docker, Kubernetes)
- Understanding of blockchain fundamentals, including crypto, wallets, and blockchain systems
- Experience with version control systems (Git) and CI/CD pipelines
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments with cross-functional teams
- Self-motivated, proactive, and strong sense of ownership
- Proficient in Chinese and English for daily communication and collaboration
Preferred Qualifications
- Hands-on experience with Compliance systems, CRM platforms, or KYB/KYC solutions
- Experience with large-scale distributed systems or zero-trust solutions
- Familiarity with Web3, blockchain, digital asset, wallet, or smart contract technologies
- Experience with tech infrastructure, monitoring, or overall system security, especially in blockchain security
